How do I choose the right size awning for my patio?
We recommend measuring the width of the area you wish to cover and adding 20-30cm on each side for optimal shade. Ensure you have at least 2.5 meters of vertical clearance for mounting the brackets securely.
Are Primrose Awnings waterproof or just water-resistant?
Our awnings are made from high-density, PU-coated polyester which is highly water-resistant. While they protect against light showers, we recommend retracting them during heavy rain or storms to prevent water pooling and fabric stretching.
What are your shipping costs and delivery timelines?
We offer standard shipping across the country with delivery typically taking 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the awning and your specific location.
Can I install the awning myself or do I need a professional?
All Primrose Awnings come with a comprehensive DIY installation kit and manual. While many customers install them personally, we recommend having a second person to help with lifting, or hiring a local tradesperson if you are uncomfortable with wall-mounting.
What is your return policy if the product doesn't fit?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that because awnings are heavy goods, return shipping fees may apply unless the product is found to be defective.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our manual and electric awnings come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering the frame and fabric integrity against UV degradation and mechanical failure.
