Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Primrose Awnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your awning or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Awning

  Carefully repack the product in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all mounting hardware and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the package and schedule a carrier pickup for oversized awning shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
